Correction: It looks like this work is still under copyright protection, set to expire in 2028, simply because it was renewed in 1961 according to this database. I've seen this so many times: a family member thinks he or she is doing a good thing by renewing but it ends up killing the work. Most people would just bail out of the project at this point. However, I suspect that the work might be available with permission. I suspect that this institution has something to do with rights management, so I'm contacting them. Print this post
