Catholic liturgical music is serious, solemn, transcendent, but Catholic musicians are never more fun and inspiring than when they are talking about what they love most. Nice interview. I assume since Father Smith is working on a Ph.D that his future plans include teaching rather than parish work. Too bad, he's desperately needed in the trenches!
